Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using EMUspace (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use EMUspace on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

2. Game Content & Legal Use

EMUspace is an emulator. It does not include, distribute, or provide any copyrighted game files, BIOS images belonging to third parties, or other protected content.

• You are solely responsible for obtaining and using game files legally.
• You should only use content that you own or are otherwise legally permitted to use.
• You agree not to use the App to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

EMUspace is free to download and try. Some features are available through an auto-renewable subscription ("EMUspace Pro").

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Standard EULA and the App Store terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by law;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App's operation or security.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, design, and original code, is owned by its developer and protected by applicable laws. "PlayStation" and "PSP" are trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment. EMUspace is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment or any game publisher.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or game file.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by the Apple Standard EULA.
