This Privacy Policy explains how EMUspace (the "App") handles information when you use it. We built EMUspace to respect your privacy: the App is designed to run entirely on your device, and we do not operate accounts or servers that store your personal data.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

EMUspace does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or other personal identifiers. We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is created and stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us:

• Game files (ROMs/ISOs) you import into the App;
• Save data and save states, including screenshot thumbnails;
• App settings, such as language, skin, and control preferences.

You remain in full control of this data and can delete it at any time by removing the content within the App or deleting the App.

3. Cover Art Downloads

To display box art for your games, the App may request publicly available cover images from third-party image repositories. These requests include only the game title used for matching and do not include any personal information about you.

4. Third-Party Controllers & Services

EMUspace can connect to Bluetooth game controllers through Apple's frameworks. Any interaction with the App Store, iCloud, or Apple services is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Analytics & Tracking

EMUspace does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across other apps or websites. Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymous statistics (such as crash reports and download counts) through App Store Connect; this information cannot identify you individually.

6. Children's Privacy

EMUspace does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal data at all, no special collection occurs for users of any age.

7. Your Responsibility for Game Content

EMUspace does not include or distribute any copyrighted game files. You are responsible for the legality of any content you import and use with the App.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
